Up coming digital world, Japanese major companies will shift from a traditional system platform to an elastic platform to meet digital world in a future-oriented manner.
Many startup technology companies will rise into power around the world. There will be many opportunities for these startup overseas digital platforms to meet Japanese companies direct or through system integrator (Like IBM, Hitachi, Fujitsu, NEC, NRI, NTT ...)
When launching a new digital business initiative, you will see a couple of significant issues and struggle to fix these issues. This is because the understanding of the essential business objective/target is slightly different between each party even though there is a signed off agreement.
Bridge project management is critical in these situations. Bridge project management objective is to avoid these issue and to solve immediately when it will be happened.
It would be good to know what should we do through my actual experience on a number of these type of projects.
